1. Products and Printing Method

TeeTees Melbourne specialises in Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, providing vibrant, high-quality prints on garments. While we aim for consistency in every order, minor variations may occur due to garment materials or the print process.

2. Garment Brands and Materials

We proudly use AS Colour garments for many of our custom t-shirt orders due to their high quality and reliability.
However, not all jobs are produced using AS Colour garments. Depending on availability, budget, or client request, alternative brands or blanks may be used. If you require a specific brand, please inform us prior to confirming your order.

3. Custom Orders

All custom orders are produced based on the details you provide. Please ensure that all artwork, sizes, and quantities are correct before confirming your order. Once production has started, we are unable to make any changes.

4. Turnaround Times

Typical turnaround times depend on order size and stock availability. An estimated completion date will be provided when your order is confirmed.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by us. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Intellectual Property

It is your responsibility to ensure that any artwork or logos provided do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks. TeeTees Melbourne accepts no liability for any legal issues arising from submitted content.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required before production commences unless otherwise agreed.
