At TeeTees Melbourne, every order is custom printed using high-quality DTF technology. We take great pride in delivering premium products, but we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

However, please keep the following in mind:

• Each item is printed to order, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind or are unhappy with the style or size.

• If we’ve sent the wrong garment style, size, or color, or if there’s an issue with the print, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please use our size guide for accurate measurements. The accepted tolerance for sizing is 2.5cm for half chest and length. Delivery dates are estimates only—delays or lost items may occur with freight carriers, which are outside of our control.

Simply email a clear photo of the item (showing the size and print) to info@teetees.com.au, and we’ll make things right!

Print Durability & Peeling

At TeeTees Melbourne, all garments are printed using professional DTF printing technology, which provides a durable, long-lasting finish when cared for correctly.

• Peeling, cracking, or fading will not occur if the garment is washed and cared for according to the instructions.

• If the print has peeled or cracked, the item must be returned for inspection.

• If inspection shows the garment was washed or handled incorrectly (e.g., hot wash, tumble dry, bleach, ironing directly on the print), TeeTees Melbourne will not be liable for replacement or refund.

• If the garment is found to have a genuine print fault, we will organise a free reprint on the same garment style.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

• Refunds: Must be requested within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

• Exchanges or Store Credit: Must be requested within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

• Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. TeeTees Melbourne does not reimburse return postage fees.
